Bay-Tech is a Bay Of Plenty IT company. We provide professional IT support to businesses in the Bay of Plenty region and beyond. Established in 2006 we initially specialised in medium sized server based network support. We now provide first class support for businesses of all sizes. We have clients throughout the Bay of Plenty and beyond including Tauranga, Rotorua, Papamoa, Whakatane, Opotiki, Hamilton and even as far as Whangarei.
We have a main office in Papamoa and offices in Rotorua and Whakatane. As we are in these areas every week we can often provide close support very rapidly with usually no travel costs. This is a big bonus for our clients in these areas. Of course we can always connect to your server or network PC remotely and most problems can be efficiently resolved this way. Most of our clients have SLA contracts which means there are usually no additional charges for remote support.
All engineers are Microsoft certified in Server and network support. We do not use unqualified staff on any of our client networks.
